Briquetting machine consists of machine base, shroud, feeding port, press wheel, flat mold, discharge port and other parts.

Its working principle is as follows: the material to be pressed should be shredded first, its length 30-60mm is suitable, the moisture content is within the range of 15%-25%, the material will be sent to the feeding port of the briquetting machine through the loading conveyor, the material will be dispersed uniformly to the working area between the pressure wheel and the flat die, the material is forced to be extruded from the flat die in the shape of a block by the rotation of the spindle, which will lead to the rotation of the pressure wheel and the material is forced to fall out of the discharging port.
