Production line introduction
Scrap steel shredding production line is used to process scrapped car body, tinplate, old home appliances, bicycle and electric car frame, can briquettes and other light and thin wastes to make them into pure raw materials for steel making. Through continuous shredding and extrusion, it can remove impurities, increase the specific gravity of heap, reduce the cost of transportation and smelting, and meet the requirement of “fine material into the furnace” of the steel mill.

Process flow
Scrap steel shredding production line consists of chain conveyor, scrap steel shredder, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, magnetic separator, dust removal and operation cabinet. The shredded materials from the scrap steel shredder, through the belt conveyor, magnetic sorting system, the ferrous metal materials and non-ferrous metal materials and non-metallic materials separated, and sent out by the respective conveyor to the pile. The non-ferrous and non-metallic materials will be searched again by the magnetic sorting equipment on the conveyor to pick out the free ferrous metal materials, so as to improve the recovery rate of the ferrous metal materials, and at the same time the recycling efficiency can be improved by manually picking the non-ferrous metals.

1. The body of the machine adopts the reinforced structure of extra-thick steel plate with diagonal braces to ensure that the equipment meets the overload operation;
2. The liner and hammers are processed by heat treatment to eliminate stress naturally, and the chemical composition is more stable, increasing the service life by more than 30%;
3. The material is pre-compressed by the pressure device, expanding the feeding range to improve production efficiency.
4. Safety door is set, after the non-shreddable material enters into the shredding chamber, the operator can open the safety door to discharge it out of the machine body to avoid damaging the shredder.
